Today, the Yahoo! 360° service is still available at Yahoo! Vietnam which is called Yahoo! 360° Plus Vietnam.

I think it is something related to Yahoo Mobile.
But still i am un-familiar to this term.

Yahoo 360 is social networking site .It is useful tool that help to keep impression as who you are are what are the like ,dislike,background and all you can also add RSS feed .It is find easier tom customise.
